Directions
- Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
- Cut the bread into slices, in the shape of grilled slices. Discard the ends.
- Apply a few drops of oil paint and a pinch of salt and pepper to one side of the bread. ≈ 3 min
- Place the bread in the oven until it is golden brown and crispy.
- Mix the ricotta with the orange juice. Spread this mixture over the warm bread. ≈ 4 min
- Slice the apples thinly and arrange them on top of the ricotta. ≈ 8 min
- Garnish with mint leaves and drizzle with olive oil. ≈ 2 min
