Directions
- The chocolate needs to be melted in a double boiler to prevent it from burning when combined with the butter.

- Once thoroughly mixed and homogenous, it is combined with the eggs that we have previously beaten, as well as the sugar. ≈ 3 min

- By carefully mixing, we will incorporate the eggs, sugar, melted chocolate, flour, and walnuts, stirring thoroughly to ensure everything is well combined and that the walnuts are evenly distributed. ≈ 4 min

- All of this should be placed in a square mold and baked in the oven at approximately 180 degrees for 25 minutes.

- Once cooked, they release easily from the mold, and then are cut into small cubes and can be eaten as is. ≈ 3 min

- They can also be coated in chocolate. ≈ 3 min

- Although it is recommended to bake it in the oven, it is best to check for doneness with a knife before removing it.

- As with all tart knives, it will be ready when the knife comes out clean. ≈ 3 min

- Pure chocolate, although it can be quite intense in flavor, but it’s preferable to chocolate that has milk added. ≈ 3 min

- It is more uniform. ≈ 3 min
