Directions

  1. Cut the bread into slices about one centimetre thick. ≈ 8 min
  2. Cut a tomato in half through its equator. ≈ 8 min
  3. Rub both sides of each slice with the garlic clove. ≈ 3 min
  4. Rub both sides of each slice with the inside of one half of a tomato. ≈ 3 min
  5. Season with extra virgin olive oil. ≈ 2 min
  6. Salt (or not, as the ham is already salted). ≈ 2 min
  7. Cover with the ham, sliced into very thin strips. ≈ 3 min
