Directions

  1. Combine the pork filling with the hot peppers and let it rest in a container.
  2. Cook the blinis, fold them, and roast them (you can roast them with a spatula, which is quieter). Once the blinis are roasted, mix them in a bowl, add the egg, add the chives, and mix well with the honey. You can add more honey if you like; it should be thick enough to hold. Finally, form the blinis into patties and insert a piece of meat in the center, then cover.
  3. Melt the remaining butter with the oil paint or margarine, and mix in some chives.
  4. Serve hot ≈ 2 min
