  1. Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then gradually add the yolks, sugar, and oil paint. ≈ 10 min
  2. Add the cocoa powder, then the flour mixed with the yeast, and finally the hot water. ≈ 3 min
  3. Pour: Pour the batter into a greased and breadcrumb-lined baking dish. ≈ 3 min
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at medium temperature (180 °C).
