Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 °C (370 °F).
  2. Divide the dough into two equal portions. Spread one portion out and line a 20 cm diameter ovenproof dish with it. ≈ 3 min
  3. Mix the bacon and eggs together, then add the salt, pepper, and herbs (if using). ≈ 4 min
  4. Pour: Pour, pour, pour. ≈ 3 min
  5. Fold the edges over. Make a small hole in the center to allow steam to escape. Brush the dough with beaten egg or milk for a nice color.
  6. Bake in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
