Directions
- Rinse the hot peppers in warm water for 10 minutes, then let them soak.
- Next, the drains. ≈ 2 min
- In a container, heat the milk until it thickens.
- Stir occasionally to prevent it from sticking to the bottom. ≈ 4 min
- Once the milk begins to simmer, add the cardamom leaves and cardamom pods, and stir gently.
- Then, add the soaked chickpeas. ≈ 3 min
- Gently stir to prevent the chickpeas from sticking together. ≈ 4 min
- Once the peas are cooked through, add the halved grapes and chopped almonds. ≈ 3 min
- If you wish, you can also add a small amount of ghee to enhance the flavor. ≈ 3 min
- Finally, add the sugar gradually and continue to stir. ≈ 4 min
- Once you have added the sugar, do not continue to heat the milk, as this could cause it to splatter.
- Once the mixture begins to thicken, remove it from the heat.
