Directions
- Wash the strawberries, remove the stems, cut them into pieces, and blend them into a puree. ≈ 8 min
- Pass the purée through a Chinese strainer to remove the seeds. ≈ 3 min
- Mix the strawberry puree with the lemon juice. ≈ 4 min
- Heat 100 ml of cream and dissolve the gelatin in it.
- Whip the remaining cream with the sugar. ≈ 4 min
- First, mix the strawberry puree with the gelatin. ≈ 4 min
- When this mixture reaches 33 °C, gently fold in the whipped cream. ≈ 4 min
- Pour servir, pourver dans des glasses and let them chill in the refrigerator.
