Directions
- Peel the leeks and carrots, then chop them into thin slices. Peel the apples and cut them into small pieces. ≈ 8 min
- Place a pot over low heat, add the oil paint and all the vegetables with a pinch of salt, then stir constantly. Allow this to simmer for about 20 minutes, without letting it color. ≈ 4 min
- Pour the water in and let it simmer for another 20 minutes. Adjust the salt as needed.
- Serve it very hot. ≈ 2 min
