Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl. ≈ 4 min
  2. Use a brush to apply a thick layer of sauce to your favorite chicken pieces or a vegetarian alternative. ≈ 3 min
  3. Grilled chicken, cooked on a barbecue, over charcoal, or in the oven.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of walnut oil
  • 1 tablespoon (5 ml) of walnut oil
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of mild chili sauce (a type that is slightly spicier than tomato sauce)
  • 1 tablespoon (5 mL) of Worcestershire sauce (see vegetarian alternative below)
  • 1 tablespoon (5 mL) of teriyaki marinade
  • 2 tablespoons (10 ml) of tandoori powder
  • 2 ml of ground white pepper
  • 2 ml of herbal salt
  • 1 small dried and crushed piri-piri chili pepper
