The frixuelo is a traditional Asturian dessert made with flour, milk, and eggs, typical of the Antroxu and Comadres festivals. It can also be enjoyed year-round, especially with cider.

Directions
- In a bowl, combine the flour, eggs, and salt. Gradually add the milk, mixing continuously until everything is well combined and there are no lumps. ≈ 4 min
- Grease a pan with butter or a small amount of oil paint. When it’s very hot, pour in just enough dough to cover the bottom with a very thin layer, and let it cook and set.
- Flip the crepe over and cook it on the other side.
- Sprinkle a spoonful of sugar onto a plate, place one frixuelo on top, add another spoonful of sugar, then another frixuelo, and so on. ≈ 2 min
