Directions
- Peel and cut the apples into small pieces. ≈ 8 min
- mix up the apples with the sugar, the flour with the baking powder, and the grapes; mix thoroughly. ≈ 4 min
- crack the whole egg and add it to the dough, mix thoroughly, even if the dough doesn’t form a smooth, even mixture. ≈ 4 min

- Spread the dough evenly in the mold and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Separate the egg yolks and whites. ≈ 4 min
- Combine the eggs with the sugar, flour, butter (first melted over low heat), and baking powder.
- Add the egg whites and 2 peeled and chopped apples. ≈ 3 min
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish, then decorate with the remaining apple slices. ≈ 2 min
- Bake in the oven for 45 minutes at 200 °C.
