Directions

  1. Peel the apples and cut them into thin slices. ≈ 8 min
  2. Mix the corn flour, sugar, salt, and water in a large bowl. Add the apple slices, then 1 or 2 drops of yellow food coloring (if desired). ≈ 4 min
  3. Pour this recipe, pour oil paint or butter into a tart tin, then pour 1/3 of the mixture into the tin. Bake for about 10 minutes, checking with a fork – the fork should come out clean. Add another 1/3 of the mixture for the second layer, and finish with the remaining mixture.
  4. Let the pie cool in the refrigerator before cutting and serving it with coconut juice and roasted sesame seeds.
