This apple bread is made in two stages: the apples are soaked overnight with the sugar, spices, rum, grapes, and hazelnuts. The flour and yeast are then added the following day.

Directions
- Peel the apples and cut them into small pieces. ≈ 8 min
- Mix all the ingredients, except for the flour and yeast, then let it rest overnight.
- The next day, add the flour and yeast, then mix well. You can let the dough rest for another 30 minutes for a lighter bread.
- If the dough is too firm, add a little apple juice. ≈ 3 min
- Grease a baking dish with parchment paper, then fill it with the dough. ≈ 3 min
- Bake for 90 to 95 minutes at 175 °C, covered with aluminum foil. Remove the foil for the last 10 to 15 minutes to allow the bread to brown slightly.
