Directions

  1. Place the agar-agar, sugar, and milk in a pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly.
  3. Add the tangerine zest and mix well. ≈ 4 min
  4. Pour the mixture into jars and allow to cool completely.
  5. Place the jars in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes to allow the gel to set.
  6. Before serving, chop the almonds into small pieces. ≈ 8 min
  7. Serve with a fruit cocktail and syrup in a glass bowl. ≈ 2 min
