Directions
- Thoroughly wash the agar-agar sticks and then cook them in the water until they are completely dissolved.
- Add the wine and continue cooking with the sugar. ≈ 3 min
- Filter the liquid, then divide it into three equal parts. ≈ 3 min
- Pour prepare the dessert: Place some water in a ring-shaped mold, put it in a bowl filled with ice, pour in one-third of the jelly, and let it set. ≈ 3 min
- Once the first layer has set, arrange the pineapple and strawberries around the pineapple in an alternating pattern. ≈ 3 min
- Pour the second third of the jelly. Once it has set, arrange the fruit again, alternating pineapple and strawberry, and then pour the remaining third. ≈ 3 min
- Once the jelly is thoroughly chilled, turn it out onto a glass plate, with some fruit in the center. ≈ 3 min
- Cut the remaining jelly into small points and arrange them around the crown, with each point covered in whipped cream. ≈ 8 min
