Directions
- Place the fresh sagou in a container. ≈ 3 min
- Slowly pour in the hot water, stirring with the wooden spoon, until you have a sticky dough that forms a ball. ≈ 3 min
- Take a small amount of dough and form small balls using a baguette. Set them aside in a bowl of water. ≈ 10 min
- Cut the grilled chicken into pieces and set aside.
- Bring the water to a boil in a pot.
- Add the banana flower, corn, eggplant, pumpkin, and beans. Cook until partially cooked.
- Add the moringa leaves and spinach, then stir briefly until they wilt. ≈ 4 min
- Add the chicken pieces. ≈ 4 min
- Season with salt, chili pepper, and chopped kadundung leaves. Mix well and adjust seasoning to taste. ≈ 4 min
- Squeeze the lime just before serving to maintain its freshness, adjusting to your preference. ≈ 2 min
- Serve the kapurung while it’s still hot. ≈ 2 min
