  1. Wash and finely chop the oats. ≈ 8 min
  2. Bring the water to a boil in a pot.
  3. Add the sugar and allow it to melt completely. ≈ 3 min
  4. Mix the gruau thoroughly while stirring constantly. ≈ 4 min
  5. Continue threshing until you achieve a smooth and uniform consistency. ≈ 4 min
  6. Add the geranium leaves to add fragrance. ≈ 3 min
  7. Serve chilled, with a dollop of jam on top. ≈ 2 min
