Directions
- Heat 200 ml of milk with 40 grams of sugar until it begins to simmer.
- Add two egg yolks and two tablespoons of protein powder to a blender. ≈ 3 min
- While the blender is running, slowly pour the warm milk into the eggs (approximately 10 to 20 seconds). ≈ 3 min
- Then, add 60 ml of cream and a pinch of freshly grated nutmeg. ≈ 3 min
- Then, add the whisky (or cognac or rum) and let the mixer run for a few more seconds. ≈ 3 min
- Serve in small glasses, sprinkled with a few chopped walnuts, nutmeg, and a cinnamon stick for stirring. ≈ 4 min
