Directions

  1. Slice the entrecote thinly and marinate it with lemon juice and olive oil. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  2. Cut the baguette in half lengthwise and brush the inside with olive oil and salt. Bake in the oven until golden brown.
  3. Cook the slices of smoked ham in the pan until they are nicely browned.
  4. Remove the antrikot from the refrigerator and cook it in the pan at a high temperature for 3 to 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, then remove from the heat.
  5. On the middle of the baguette, spread the lutenitsa sauce. Add the cooked meat slices, followed by two slices of burger cheese, then smoked ham, dried tomato slices, pickled gherkins, and red onion slices. ≈ 4 min
  6. Close the sandwich with the other half of the baguette. Serve hot. ≈ 2 min

  • 2 burger cheese slices
  • 4 slices of smoked ham
  • 4 dried tomatoes
  • 2 pickled gherkins
  • 4 thinly sliced red onions
  • 100 g of sirloin
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of black pepper
