Directions

  1. We crack the egg, then add the cheese (grated or crushed). ≈ 3 min
  2. We add 1-2 tablespoons of yogurt and a pinch of baking soda. ≈ 3 min
  3. Then, 2 to 3 tablespoons of oil paint are added. ≈ 3 min
  4. We carefully mix until a homogeneous mixture is achieved. ≈ 3 min
  5. We use a baking dish of the appropriate size, place parchment paper at the bottom, and then lightly coat it with oil paint. ≈ 3 min
  6. Thin pasta is made by rolling out the dough and cutting it in half, in the same way it is folded. ≈ 3 min
  7. Therefore, in my case, I end up with 10 identical thin pasta strands, stacked on top of each other. ≈ 3 min
  8. For each portion, add 1 tablespoon of the prepared mixture (egg and cheese), placing two portions side-by-side lengthwise, then forming triangles (see the photo). ≈ 3 min
  9. Next, it is placed in an oven-safe dish. ≈ 3 min
  10. Once all the pieces of skin have been arranged in the dish, they are coated with oil paint. ≈ 3 min
  11. Bake in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes at 250 °C.
