Homemade tortilla chips, marinated in lime juice, salt, and chipotle hot sauce, then dried and fried: crispy and flavorful.
These homemade tortilla chips are marinated for several hours in a mixture of lime juice and chipotle hot sauce, then fried. The result is much more flavorful than commercially available tortilla chips.

Directions
- Mix the hot sauce, salt, and lime juice in a large bowl. Add the tortillas and let them soak for 2 hours.
- Place them on a wire rack and let them dry for 2 hours.
- Fry the pieces at 190 °C until they float to the surface and are lightly golden brown around the edges. Drain on a wire rack set over a plate and serve.
