Directions
- Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Line a tart tin with the shortcrust pastry.
- Divide the goat cheese into slices, then the tomatoes into rounds. Season with salt and pepper. ≈ 2 min
- Garnish with pitted black olives and a few butter-flavored hazelnuts. ≈ 2 min
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until the tart is golden brown.
