Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F). Grease a tart tin and line it with parchment paper, then fill it with the sugar pastry.
- In a saucepan, bring the milk, cream, vanilla sugar, and lemon zest to a boil.
- While doing this, whisk the egg yolks with the sugar, then gradually add the flour. Pour in the boiling milk while mixing.
- Turn the pot upside down and heat over low heat until it boils. Cook for a few minutes, then remove from the heat and let it cool slightly.
- Pour: Pour, spread the cream evenly over the tart crust and sprinkle with pine nuts. ≈ 2 min
- Bake for 50 minutes, checking frequently to ensure the nuts don’t burn.
