Directions
- Wash and prepare the fruits, combine them in a blender, add sugar, and blend until smooth. ≈ 4 min
- Pour this mixture into a large jar, cover with cheesecloth, and leave it to rest in a sunny spot for 2 days.
- After two days, add alcohol, mix thoroughly, and let it rest.
- After 3 days, filter and leave to rest for a week.
- Once the milk foam has settled at the bottom, gently filter it through a coffee filter. ≈ 3 min
- Pourage in bottles, seal tightly, and store in a dark place for approximately six months. ≈ 3 min
