Pinchos are a type of Spanish appetizer from the north of the country: a slice of baguette with a skewer through it. The filling can be anything, from simple Serrano ham to more sophisticated combinations.

- Slice the baguette into rounds, preferably at an angle to create larger slices. ≈ 8 min
- If you like, brush the olive slices with olive oil, sprinkle with a little chili powder, and briefly grill them.
- Spread the butter on the bread and insert a skewer into each slice. ≈ 10 min
- Arrange the skewers on a plate or large serving dish, and serve with napkins. ≈ 2 min
