Small bread rolls with grapes and cream cheese
Small, soft bread made with ricotta cheese, egg, and grapes, scooped onto a baking sheet and baked for 20 minutes. Delicious and warm.
These small ricotta cheese breads are made without kneading or proofing: you simply mix the ingredients, spoon the dough onto a baking sheet, and bake. They are delicious when served warm.

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C (static or fan-assisted heat).
- Combine the fromage blanc, egg, and honey in a mixer. ≈ 4 min
- Add the flour, yeast, and salt, then mix well. ≈ 4 min
- Incorporate the grapes. If the dough is too stiff, add 2-3 tablespoons of milk and mix. ≈ 4 min
- Cover the plate with parchment paper. ≈ 3 min
- Spoon the dough onto the baking sheet: you will get 10 small, normal-sized loaves, or 15 smaller ones. ≈ 3 min
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, then let it cool for a few minutes.
