Directions
- Cut the chosen vegetables into small pieces. ≈ 8 min
- Whisk the eggs in a bowl. You can add a little milk to make them fluffier (a maximum of 1 tablespoon per egg). ≈ 4 min
- Pour: Pour, add the beaten eggs to a greased pan.
- Turn on the heat and stir the eggs until the omelette begins to set. ≈ 4 min
- Once it’s formed, gently loosen the edges, then carefully flip the omelette over to prevent it from tearing. ≈ 3 min
