Directions

  1. Preheat your skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add one tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil to the pan and heat.
  3. Add the 200g of seitan and let it fry for a few minutes.
  4. Add 3 to 4 tablespoons of tomato puree and let the sauce simmer, stirring constantly, until it thickens and the seitan browns nicely.
  5. Finally, add a pinch of oregano and serve immediately with a side of vegetables and/or a salad. ≈ 2 min
