Directions
- Prepare the broth.
- Soak the seaweed in hot water for 20 minutes.
- Thoroughly rinse with cold water in a sieve, then press to extract the liquid. ≈ 2 min
- Remove the large veins from the leaves and reduce the algae to small pieces.
- Wash the new onions, and finely chop the white and light green parts into very thin slices. ≈ 8 min
- Heat some oil paint in a pot.
- Saute the garlic in a little fat until it is softened.
- Add the seaweed, let it cook briefly, then add the broth.
- Let it simmer for 2 minutes, then season.
- Try the soup. ≈ 2 min
- Serve with the shrimp and raw onion slices. ≈ 2 min
