These mushroom rolls are a delight for mushroom lovers. They are easy to prepare and add a touch of elegance to your meals.

Directions

  1. Clean and wash the stems. Chop them into small pieces. ≈ 8 min
  2. In a pot, heat olive oil with chopped garlic and parsley. Add the chicken pieces, season with salt, and cook over high heat for 7-8 minutes.
  3. Place a spoonful of mushroom mixture on each slice of ham. ≈ 3 min
  4. Arrange the ham slices and mushrooms in a buttered dish. ≈ 3 min
  5. Pour evenly coat with béchamel sauce, then bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Serve hot. ≈ 2 min

  • 6 slices of cooked ham, approximately 1 cm thick
  • 300 g of fresh mushrooms
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • parsley
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • salt, as needed
  • 2 tablespoons of béchamel sauce
