Directions
- Mix the flour with the yeast and sift. ≈ 4 min
- Strain the fromage blanc through a fine-mesh sieve to smooth it out. ≈ 3 min
- Soften the margarine and mix it with the sugar. ≈ 4 min
- Add the eggs, yogurt, and flour to the yeast to form a dough. ≈ 3 min
- Cut out the cookies using a cookie cutter, or shape them by hand. ≈ 10 min
- Place them on oiled baking sheets and bake for 10 to 12 minutes in a preheated oven at 230-250 °C.
