Directions

  1. Chop the onion, apple, and celery into small pieces. ≈ 8 min
  2. Bring them back in a greasy pan.
  3. Add three tablespoons of water and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Add the rice and cashew nuts, season with salt and pepper, and mix all the ingredients thoroughly. ≈ 4 min
