Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F) and grease a 26 cm round cake pan.
- Whip the butter and sugar together in a mixer or food processor until light and fluffy. Add the eggs and beat until the mixture is light and airy. ≈ 4 min
- Mix the flour, yeast, and cocoa powder together, then gradually add them to the dough, alternating with the wine. ≈ 4 min
- Pour, pour into the mold and bake for approximately 35 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool. Dust with powdered sugar.
