A simple three-ingredient cookie: margarine, sugar, and flour. Roll the dough into a sausage shape, slice it, make a small indentation in each slice with a thumb, and fill it with raspberry jam. Perfect with coffee.

Directions

  1. Mix the margarine, sugar, and flour together by hand. ≈ 4 min
  2. Knead the dough, then roll it into a sausage shape. ≈ 10 min
  3. Cut it into slices about 1 cm thick. ≈ 8 min
  4. Press each washer firmly into place. ≈ 3 min
  5. Spoon a small amount of jam into each indentation. ≈ 10 min
  6. Bake in the oven halfway through, at a preheated temperature of 175 °C, for 14 minutes.
