Directions
- Wash the grapes and let them soak in water for a while, then drain and dry them. ≈ 2 min
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, butter, sour cream, and baking powder, and mix until a dough forms. Divide the dough in half. ≈ 10 min
- Combine the grapes, sugar, walnuts, egg, and vanilla in a bowl. ≈ 4 min
- Spread the two sheets of pasta out. Spread the filling on the first sheet, cover with the second, and seal the edges. Brush with beaten egg. ≈ 4 min
- Bake in a preheated oven at 225 °C (450 °F) for 30 to 40 minutes. Once cooled, cut the pie into squares or rectangles.
