Directions

  1. Wash and dry the chicken fillets with a paper towel. Heat a little oil in a pan. Add a pinch of salt.
  2. Cut the Italian squash, carrots, bell pepper, and chop the mushrooms. Add these vegetables to the pan with the chicken fillets. Mix well and cover the pan. Simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.
  3. After 15 minutes, add the mushrooms. Season with pepper or to your taste. Continue to cook for another 20 minutes.
  4. Ensure that the chicken and vegetables are thoroughly cooked. Serve hot. ≈ 2 min
