Directions

  1. Melt the fish glue.
  2. Boil orange juice with sugar.
  3. In a bowl, mix the softened fish jelly with a little bit of boiled juice.
  4. Completely melt the jelly and add the remaining juice.
  5. Let it simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Divide everything into a shallow dish, cut the jelly into small cubes, and sprinkle with sugar. ≈ 8 min
