This orange jelly is light and refreshing. A warm syrup is mixed with the gelatin before being added to the orange juice and lemon. Serve it in individual glasses after chilling for a few hours.

Directions

  1. Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat 100 ml of water with the sugar until it reaches about 40 °C, stirring with a whisk. Then, add the gelatin sheets and stir until they dissolve.
  3. Add the orange juice and lemon juice, and mix well. ≈ 4 min
  4. Mix thoroughly, pour into your chosen serving glasses, and chill until ready to serve.
