Directions
- Rinse and drain the raspberries, then place them in a large bowl. ≈ 2 min
- Make sure to drain them properly to prevent them from staying wet. ≈ 2 min
- Gently sweeten by mixing carefully, without mashing the fruit. ≈ 4 min
- Let it sit for 1 hour to allow the juice to infuse.
- Remove the mulberries from the juice and place them in jars. ≈ 3 min

- If you don’t have enough juice to fill all the jars, add a little water to each one. ≈ 3 min
- Close the jars and pasteurize them for about 30 minutes.
