Directions

The roll

  1. Rub the meat with the mixture of kalamansi juice and soy sauce. ≈ 3 min
  2. Spread it out on a plate and arrange the sausages, pickles, egg, cheese, carrot, and bacon in a line across the center. ≈ 4 min
  3. Roll to close and seal. ≈ 10 min
  4. Heat the oil paint in a pan.
  5. Coat the beef with flour and then fry it in hot oil.

The sauce and cooking

  1. In a pot, heat the oil and add the garlic and onion.
  2. Pour in the tomato sauce and beef broth.
  3. Season to taste. ≈ 2 min
  4. Bring to a boil, then add the meat roll.
  5. Cover and let simmer until the meat is very tender.
  6. Let it cool completely, then cut it into 1 to 2.5 cm thick slices.
