This mascarpone mousse is created by combining custard and cheese, then dispensing it from a soda siphon. It adds a light and airy touch to desserts.

Directions

  1. Combine the custard with the mascarpone. ≈ 4 min
  2. Allow to cool completely, then pour into the soda siphon.
  3. Load two cartridges and then store them in the refrigerator until you are ready to use them.
