Directions

  1. Whip the egg whites with the sugar until stiff peaks form. ≈ 4 min
  2. Add the vanilla sugar and mix well. ≈ 4 min
  3. Take a small amount of dough for the ice cream. ≈ 3 min
  4. Mix the shredded coconut. ≈ 4 min
  5. Fill the socket pockets (with vaporizers).
  6. Make small balls of dough and flatten them slightly. ≈ 10 min
  7. Let it rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  8. Bake at 160 °C for approximately 15 minutes.
  9. Allow to cool completely before serving.
