Directions
- Pour: Pour, pour a pre-heated pan.
- Whisk the eggs in a bowl and cook them in a pan until the whites are completely white (not translucent) and the yolks are a bright orange color.
- Using a spatula, remove the eggs from the pan and place them in a dish. ≈ 3 min
- Add salt and pepper (both red and black) to taste. ≈ 3 min
- Each time you add an egg to the pan, check to see if the yolk is round (this is an indicator that the egg is fresh and usable; in some cases, the yolk may be runny due to improper cracking of the egg).
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix the eggs and yogurt. ≈ 4 min
- Next, mix thoroughly and pour the mixture into the pan.
- Season to your liking with this spicy spice. ≈ 2 min
- Whisk the eggs until they are well combined. ≈ 4 min
- Serve with or on a slice of bread. ≈ 2 min
