Directions
- In a saucepan, melt the butter.
- Add the oatmeal and mix thoroughly, stirring until it takes on a slightly golden color. ≈ 4 min
- Prepare a syrup by mixing the coconut sugar and water, then bring it to a boil.
- Pour the syrup over the oatmeal and mix well. ≈ 4 min
- The mixture will start to thicken, so keep an eye on it.
- Heat gently for one minute, stirring occasionally, then remove from the heat.
- Cover and let it rest for 5 minutes.
