This apple gratin is a classic and easy-to-make recipe. It’s perfect for a family dinner or gathering with friends, and it’s prepared by layering apple, cheese, and cream, then baking in the oven.

Directions

  1. Peel the apples and cut them into thin slices. ≈ 8 min
  2. Place a layer of apple puree in the mold, season it, and then cover it with cheese. ≈ 3 min
  3. Next, add another layer until the mold is completely full. ≈ 3 min
  4. Pour la préparation, add the cream and lightly sprinkle with chopped walnuts and nutmeg (chopped walnuts are not essential). ≈ 2 min
  5. Place in the oven and bake at 150 degrees.
  6. Cook for approximately 1.5 hours.
