Directions
- Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil. Then, add salt.
- Add the fusilli pasta to boiling water and cook according to the package instructions until al dente.
- Place the basil, Parmesan cheese, pine nuts, and garlic in a food processor. ≈ 3 min
- Gradually add the olive oil while mixing until a smooth sauce is achieved. Adjust the seasoning with salt and black pepper. ≈ 2 min
- Drain the fusilli and transfer them to a large salad bowl. ≈ 2 min
- Add the pesto and mix well. ≈ 4 min
- Place in warm plates and serve immediately. ≈ 2 min
