  1. The eggs are placed in a bowl, then salt, vanilla sugar, lemon zest, oil are added, and the mixture is beaten together. ≈ 3 min

  4. We add more flour and continue to mix. ≈ 4 min
  5. We add 200 ml of mineral water and continue to blend. ≈ 4 min
  6. The process is repeated until all the ingredients have been used. ≈ 3 min
  7. It is important that the final ingredient is milk. ≈ 3 min
  8. We mix until the mixture has a consistency similar to that of cream. ≈ 3 min
  9. The mixture is then placed in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
  10. We use a crepe pan, place it on the stove, and once it’s heated up, we pour in a portion of batter.
  11. We distribute it evenly across the entire surface of the frying pan and let it cook.
  12. Once one side is cooked, the crepe is flipped over to cook the other side.
  13. After cooking both sides, the crepe is placed on a plate. ≈ 3 min
