Directions
- Place the figs in a pot, then add the water, sugar, cloves, and cinnamon. ≈ 3 min
- Stir constantly over high heat. ≈ 3 min
- Once the mixture comes to a boil, remove the spices and blend. Continue to cook for another 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the lemon juice and turn off the heat. ≈ 3 min
- Pour the hot jam into a jar and seal it once it has cooled.
