Directions
- Bring a pot of water to a boil with a few drops of oil paint and salt. Once the water is boiling, add the fettuccine and cook according to the instructions on the package. Drain the pasta and rinse with cold water.
- Heat a pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Add the onion and garlic, along with a pinch of salt, then the anchovies and chopped tomatoes. Add the chives. Mix well, then add the fettuccine to heat through and absorb the flavors.
- Serve in individual plates or on a large platter placed in the center of the table. ≈ 2 min
